Our Policies

Safety First Policy
All children must be properly buckled in with seat belts or booster seats during every trip.

Pickup/Drop-off Policy
Parents must ensure children are ready 5 minutes before pickup. Delays beyond 5 minutes may incur a $10 late fee.

Payment Policy
Payments are due weekly or monthly in advance. Late payments may pause service until balance is cleared.

Cancellation Policy
Please notify us 24 hours in advance for cancellations to receive a ride credit.
